My New Year Resolution for Health

We invest a lot of time and money on how to increase our wealth. But how much time and money do we spend on our health? Without health, we will be labouring in vain, because we cannot harvest or enjoy our fruits of labour.

My new year resolution so far as health is concern:
1) Exercise at least twice per week
2) Get sufficient sleep, sleep will help you to recuperate. Without sufficient sleep, even the best nutrition and other health programs will not prevent you from accelerated aging.
3) Eat less animals' meat.
4) Eat more vegetables and fruits, but avoid the too sweet ones.
5) Try to cook for ourselves as often as possible.
6) Avoid processed foods.
7) Acquire at least twice per week on health related information.

Chocolate is good for the heart

According to a study by Dutch scientists on more than 500 people over a time span of 15 years.
Those who take chocolate daily will reduce heart diseases by 50 %.
Chocolate contains antioxidants which will activate nitric oxide, an enzyme which relaxes the blood vessels. This will help the heart to transport the blood throughout the body easier.
The benefits will be reaped by consuming 4 grams of chocolate daily.
