Excess water may not be good for you

Excess water may waterlog your tissue, cellular functions may be impaired also.
It can also reduce the capability of the blood to absorb and carry oxygen.
It will increase sweating and cause loss of energy.
Thirst is usually caused by excess salt ,spices, excessively processed and cooked food and also concentrated food.
Drink water when you feel thirsty only.
Distilled water is considered best, as the body will only absorb inorganic minerals. The minerals in the water will clog up the blood vessels together with cholesterol. It may also cause gallstones , kidney stones and arthritis.
Drink water ten minutes before each meal, and before having anything in the morning.
