Ingredients for healthy joint cartilage

1) Glucosamine,
Promote the growth of new cartilage.
2) Chondroitin Sulphate
Reduce pain and help maintain cartilage and thus reduce the usage of pain killer.
Its use together with glucosamine produce a synergic effect.
