Consuming animal products may bring about more diseases than consuming vegetables.
Animal protein may cause the following:
1) Uric acid kidney stones.
2) Calcium kidney stones.
3) Put extra works on kidney and liver causing enlargement.
4) Arthritis.
5) Raise blood cholesterol.
6) Cancer, esp. colon cancer.
Animal fats may cause the following:
1) High cholesterol
2) Gallstones due to 1) above.
3) Hypertension.
4) Tinnitis (ringing in the ear)
5) May aggravate diabetes.
