Polyunsaturated oils are not good for you

Polyunsaturated oil are not good for you. These types of oil like corn oil, sunflower oil are prone to oxidation thus though they are not satured oils may cause increase in LDL. Studies have found that these oils will lower the number of lymphocystes .They also contribute to inflammation. The polyunsaturated oils are rich in omega 6 which will compete with omega 3
