Preventing Stroke

There are usually detectable symptoms 0-7 days before the onset of actual stroke:
1) Numbness in one half of the body from head to toe.
2) Bodily weakness.
3) Cannot speak clearly.
4) Confusion.
5) Blurred vision.
6) Headache.
7) Difficulty walking.

If you have most of the above symptoms, call your doctor immediately.
